WELCOME TO OUR ANTENATAL WORKSHOP

Dear mum and dad to be,

We are more than happy to welcome you to our first Antenatal workshop.

Sessions will start September with our Expert Midwife and Doula Stephanie Buirski.

Mission: To Give you the foundation on all changes preparing for birth

During the first class we discuss Anatomy and Physiology of Pregnancy and Labour.

The second class discusses mainly all types of birth, natural delivery and various pain control methods. My mission is to give you as much knowledge as I can, imparts to help to prepare for birth. I will also cover different types of birth, such as caesarean section, inductions, etc... I like to provide you with all knowledge so you are able to discuss with specialist and have thought about what type of birth you and your partner would like as time draws closer.

In the 3rd class we tend to discuss, breast feeding and caring for the newborn. The classes provide an opportunity for a relaxed and informal discussion. Some DVD are shown which combined with my experience as a doula/midwife working with many of the specialists at the various hospitals in Singapore can all contribute to empowering you as a mother and your partner to enter birth feeling more educated and confident...

All classes wil be held from 2pm to 5pm. Please complete the Registration Form and return to us to register.
