It isn’t easy to entice children to have fibre and fruit in their diet – here is a simple dessert that is colourful and tasty and is a welcome ending towards a healthy meal.
Lime Jello with Fruit Yoghurt
Ingredients
1 Packet of Konyaku Pre-mix
1 Tub of Fruit Yoghurt
5 Strawberries
Bunch of Grapes
Juice and zest of 2 Thai Limes
1 Orange
Method
Bring 400ml of water to boil
Add the lime juice and zest
Add the jello powder and lower the heat. Stir until thoroughly dissolved
Remove from the heat and pour into jello moulds and leave to cool
Once set, top with yoghurt and fresh fruit
Serve
